Selection of bearing clearance: When purchasing bearings, users generally only inform them of the model and grade, and rarely ask for the clearance of bearings. Business personnel must ask about the conditions of use of INA imported bearings, including INA imported bearings.
Bearing use factors mainly refer to whether the installation adjustment, use maintenance, maintenance and repair meet the technical requirements. According to the technical requirements for installation, use, maintenance and maintenance of INA imported bearings, the load, speed, working temperature, vibration, noise and lubrication conditions of the INA imported bearings in operation are monitored and inspected. Adjust it back to normal. The installation condition is one of the most important factors in the use of the bearing. The bearing is often caused by improper installation, which leads to changes in the stress state between the parts of the whole set of bearings. The internal factors of the bearing running in an abnormal state and ending its service life early are mainly Refers to the three major factors that determine the quality of bearings, such as structural design, manufacturing process and material quality.
1. Selection of bearing clearance: When purchasing bearings, users generally only inform them of the model and grade, and rarely ask for the clearance of bearings. Business personnel must ask about the conditions of use of INA imported bearings, including INA imported bearings. The speed, temperature, and fit tolerance of the bearing are directly related to the selection of the bearing clearance. Generally, motors with a speed below 3500 rpm mostly use CM clearance, such as high-temperature and high-speed motors, require a relatively large clearance. After assembly, the bearing clearance will be reduced due to the expansion of the inner hole and the reduction of the outer circle. The reduction of clearance = interference × 60% (except that the bearing chamber is made of aluminum). For example, the clearance of the bearing before assembly is 0.01mm, and the interference during assembly is 0.01mm, then the clearance of the bearing after assembly is 0.004mm. Theoretically, the noise and service life of the bearing will reach the best state when there is zero clearance, but in actual operation, considering the temperature rise and other issues, it is better for the bearing to have a clearance of 0.002mm-0.004mm after assembly.
2. Grease selection: The choice of grease is generally based on the speed, temperature resistance, noise requirements and starting torque of INA imported bearings. It requires business personnel to have a good understanding of the performance of various greases.
3. Selection of bearing type: The bearing type is generally selected by the user's technicians according to the service conditions and load bearing of the supporting products to select INA imported bearings. The business personnel mainly know whether the user's actual load is in line with the selected bearing. If the cylindrical roller bearing cannot meet the use requirements, they should advise the customer to change the model as soon as possible.
4. Selection of bearing seal type: The lubrication of INA imported bearings can be divided into oil lubrication and grease. Oil-lubricated bearings generally use formal bearings, and grease-lubricated INA bearings generally use dust covers or rubber seals to seal. The dust cover is suitable for parts with high temperature or good use environment. There are two types of seals: contact seal and non-contact seal. Not as good as contact.
Removal of bearings: INA imported bearings are installed at the root of the steering knuckle shaft, which is difficult to remove, mainly because it is inconvenient to operate. Special pullers can be used to remove them easily. Put the two semi-conical inner circle pull sleeves of the puller on the inner bearing, tighten the fastening bolts, and then cover the pull sleeves with pull rings so that they cannot be opened, and then turn the handle so that the top of the screw rod is at the center of the steering knuckle end hole, continue to turn the handle clockwise, and the inner bearing can be pulled out.
Use the old leaf spring to disassemble: cut two holes slightly larger than the diameter of the tire nut on the old leaf spring with appropriate length according to the center distance of the tire nut, and turn the concave surface of the leaf spring outward, screw the nut and the end at the front end of the steering knuckle To protect the thread of the steering knuckle, fill the space between the leaf spring and the steering knuckle with a spacer of appropriate thickness, and tighten the two tire nuts pressed on the leaf spring at the same time, using the elasticity of the leaf spring, the tire that is not too tight The mill bearings are pulled outward. If the bearing still cannot be removed, hammer several times in the middle of the leaf spring to generate vibration force, and then screw the nut.

Precautions for bearing storage
In contact with corrosive chemical media, the bearing is not cleaned cleanly, there is dirt on the surface, or the bearing is touched with sweaty hands. After the bearing is cleaned, it is not packaged or installed in time, and it is exposed to the air for a long time, and is attacked by air moisture and contamination; contamination

How to choose bearing lubricant?
Lubricant is an essential and necessary condition for the bearing to operate. It is an important adjustment to reduce bearing wear and improve bearing life. The lubrication methods of imported bearings can be divided into grease lubrication and oil lubrication. Different imported bearings have different uses. The method and the lubrication method used are also different. The following Demerui Bearing will share with you the influence of the choice of imported bearing lubricants on the bearing.
