The oil-proof type is a contact oil seal, which can effectively prevent the grease in the bearing from overflowing.

6400 Series

The basic designs of single row deep groove ball bearings are open and sealed. For manufacturing reasons, open bearings of the same size as sealed or dust-proof bearings may also have seal grooves in the outer ring. Bearings with shields or seals on both sides are maintenance-free, lubricated for life. Such bearings cannot be cleaned and the temperature cannot exceed 80 degrees Celsius.
